Alane and Michael Palmer are a husband and wife team that truly live the natural and Alternative Medicine lifestyle. Alane started learning about natural ways to improve health over fifteeen years ago. She started counseling people on simple lifestyle modifications and started to see their lives and health drastically improved. Michael and Alane created this website as their way to reach out to help people all over.

Alane has obtained two degrees from Trinity College of Natural Health. One is in Nutrition Counseling and the other is a Naturopath. Michael is the office manager & head of the shipping dept. Alane works out of an office in Roswell, GA seeing clients locally. Alane & Michael created this website to help people all over the country and even around the world identify challenges that may be contributing to GI symptoms.

Nutritionally Yours and Alane Palmer have been approved by the various labs on her websites to order specialized tests for people. She has the knowledge and understanding on how vitamins and minerals can effect health and wellnes. Along with each test result clients are provided with a personalized protocol written by Alane to help them achieve better health and wellness

Alane has had her share of health challenges over the years like many others. Growing up she suffered daily from irritable bowel syndrome. The symptoms started when she was a young child and continued into adulthood. She was put on many different medicines like Donnatol, Tagament, Reglan & others to try to control her symptoms. It wasn't until her 30's that she learned from a GI test that her symptoms were from nothing more than a food sensitiviy to gluten. She simply changed her diet and the symptoms were gone!

In her twenties Alane came down with Lyme Disease. She totally understands living with a chronic illness and the importance to have a healthy diet, the correct supplements and making sure her immune system and absorption are strong. She truly believes that there are answers for every symptom and a way to reduce or eliminate all illness and disease.

Michael and Alane believe that faith in God, eating right, knowing which labs to use, and using the highest quality nutritional supplements available, gives her clients the edge in quickly achieving their personal health goals in order to live a happier and healthier life.
